Ingredients:
Cabbage, oil, vinegar, salt

   

Recipe:
Scrub 100-200 grams of cabbage until you get lots of small fibrous pieces. Add oil, vinegar and salt if necessary, and stir.

Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: basil, caraway.
