Ingredients:
Quark, red pepper powder, salt
Recipe:
Take about half a kilogram of fresh cow cheese (quark) and squeeze it thoroughly using a large piece of cloth. After that, add about one teaspoon of red pepper powder (one can add either the hot or the mild variant), and one teaspoon of salt. This mixture is than thoroughly stirred to distribute the salt and pepper evenly. After that, from this mixture, cones are formed simply by shaping them with your hands. After that, they are dried on a airy place until the desired hardness is achieved.
Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: common heather.
