Ingredients:
Minced meat, garlic, pepper, salt, bread, milk, oil
Recipe:
Take 1/2 kg of minced meat, add a little chopped garlic, salt and pepper as desired. In addition, take a small slice of bread and remove the crust. Then dip the soft center in some milk, drain a bit and add it to the minced meat and stir well (thanks to this step, it is easier to form the steaks). After that, shape the mixture in form of flat steaks and then fry them in fat or oil for about 10 minutes, until they get a nice roasted brown color.
Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: rosemary.
