Soured milk

Ingredients:
Raw milk.

   

Recipe:
Raw milk is poured in a wide dish and is left at room temperature for a couple of days. Usually two to three days are enough for the soured milk to be formed. After that, cream can be removed from the top by using a spoon. Afterwards the soured milk can be cooled in a fridge and served as such.

Small amounts of the following natural spices can be added to this meal: common heather.
